The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont (UVM) and its teaching hospital, the UVM Medical Center, are seeking a hematologist faculty member at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor, Clinical Scholar Pathway, to join a division of 18 faculty (6 in hematology). Lead Intelligence Analyst Level III (Network Analysis) Job Description:
The Lead Intelligence Analyst Level III (Network Analysis) shall conduct research, analyze, compile, exploit, evaluate, and integrate all-source intelligence with non-traditional information into a variety of intelligence products, focusing on state and non-state sponsored global lethal aid supply chains and illicit procurement networks that support insurgents, and other illegally armed groups.
Tasks include:
Identify and analyze foreign entities and their nexus with lethal aid supply networks pursuing acquisition of U.S. and foreign commodities, military technology, and dual-use components for illegal procurement.
Track and analyze foreign technological developments in order to evaluate the performance and operational capabilities of foreign materiel that may have military applications.
Produce or provide input to one full NGIC assessment per quarter for each CME. Workload for full NGIC assessments will be adjusted accordingly by the Government Branch Chief.
Produce formal RFI responses, NGIC QUIKTELs, database projects, network buildouts, or other projects.
Assist NGIC and other IC analysts/agencies in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phases of NGIC production.

Qualifications

Position Summary
This position includes managing and planning overall project work and subcontractors teams. This position requires experience in electrical and instrumentation installations and startup.
Under general supervision the incumbent exercises independent judgment and discretion and is responsible for applying knowledge of administrative management practices. Duties involve either work directly related to general business operations or supervising and overseeing the work of others. Supervisory responsibilities include directly planning, organizing and controlling the activities of two or more individuals. The individual may perform some of the same activities as the employees who are supervised; however, this is limited and performance is measured by results obtained through others. Ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits.
Monitors the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements
Ensures that subordinates are trained on and aware of specifications and work procedures and are utilized to ensure optimal efficiency
Maintains effective schedule and cost control of craft personnel
Plans required work activity to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed
Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits
Qualifications
5 - 8 years’ experience with BS Engineering Degree; 8 - 12 years without BS degree.
Minimum of 15 years of Construction Experience working with contractors.
Heavy high voltage and turbine generator experience
Experience I&C and MEP background that has worked on Industrial sites.
Pulp & Paper experience strongly preferred
Prior experience with Managing Contractors.
OSHA 30 training preferred.
Construction experience must include site infrastructure, support buildings and process unit power distribution.
Experience in the construction of plant support facilities, clean chemical manufacturing
