Position will run through 28-February-2019 with possibility of extension. Perform electrified vehicle evaluation with various driving conditions to confirm suitability for US market. Support US Market investigation of possible field issues by analyzing control data, proposing countermeasures and confirming side effects. Perform competitor benchmark investigation of electrified vehicle to research powertrain system control potential and innovation ideas Develop new procedures and tools for testing and analyzing data Research automotive market to identify trends Create technical reports and presentations Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET Accredited University 1-3 years’ experience with vehicle powertrain development preferred. Experience in document investigation and evaluation results in an engineering technical report format. Basic understanding of vehicle powertrain systems and components Proficient in Matlab and Excel macros Knowledge of C language Excellent problem solving skills Willingness to work in a hands-on environment Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent driving record, must have a valid state drivers’ license.
