Summary: We are currently looking to fill a DISA Project Coordinator role to be based in the Houston, TX (La Porte) area. Seeking a dynamic individual, capable of managing multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate must have impeccable organizational skills and a passion for detail. The candidate should have the desire and ability to work in a role that requires adaptability, learning of new skills at a moments notice, and at times, working under tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Become an integral part of a team that helps manage the DISA account. Work closely with Director, providing status updates on a regular basis. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to meet project goals, including IT, Jacobs Operations, Human Resources, etc. Provide extreme organizational support for the project. Respond to external and internal inquiries. Direct any issues to the appropriate person/department and ensure proper follow-up. Organize all aspects of the projects DISA rosters as necessary to achieve compliance. Assist in resolving non-routine and escalated calls from projects. Research and respond to needs, take appropriate action and ensure follow up communications occur. Assist with broad range of other project functions as needed. Meet with DISA and have consistent communication with DISA as needed. Be a line of communication for multiple project contacts. Be familiar with drug testing and the rules and regulations dealing with it. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required or equivalent work experience 3+ year experience Consortium experience with drug testing a plus Proven excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional in appearance and demeanor Know the rules and regulations around drug and alcohol test administration Locals hires only.
