Position Summary: This individual will support our Construction Management team in a large and very complex project. The administrative assistant will gather, compile, tracks, and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources. Sets up and maintains files, maintains meeting calendars in Outlook, arranges meetings and conferences, maintain conference schedule, receives, refers and answers mail, order office supplies for multiple buildings. Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage: Uses personal computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data: May design processes to enhance work flow. Qualifications Must possess excellent PC skills to include Microsoft office and Excel in addition to a variety of software products, as well as a strong administrative and business operations knowledge. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience using Microsoft office suite. Field construction experience is a plus.
