As a member of the Vertical Sales team at Splunk, you will work cross-functionally to coordinate enablement for the Industries and Specialization organization and Splunk Partners. We are looking for a Coordinator to help with the publishing and managing of our  training content. The Coordinator will be self-disciplined, organized, and pays close attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. You will be responsible for the processing and presentation of enablement content generated by Industries and Specialization organization and Technical Enablement teams.

  • Edit and convert technical enablement content (decks, images, audio, video, etc.)
  • Post technical content to Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems following a standard process
  • Troubleshoot trainee access issues with platform owners
  • Assist with comms distribution (email queueing, Slack posts, Pwny Portal, etc.)
  • Load course attendance
  • Run reports on content consumption
  • Provide assistance to employees enrolled in courses


  • You are able to commute to our Tysons Corner office
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage complex requirements and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally, in-person and virtually
  • Thrives on working under pressure in a dynamic environment and stays flexible through organizational growth and change
  • Experience working with Splunk and hands on training with our products preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline or 2+ years relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills with business customers through multiple channels including email, phone, Zoom, Skype, Slack etc.
