The Biologist or Ecologist/Regulatory Specialist will provide technical input, project coordination, and/or project management of planning and natural resource projects including but not limited to technical reports, state and federal environmental permit applications, sections in conservation plans, and technical studies and sections for State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents. Project coordination and management tasks will include developing project work plans and conducting and/or overseeing supporting technical analyses. Site visits and field work may also be required. The position may also include assisting with business development efforts to help expand ICF’s natural resources line of business within the United States. Current project workload is focused in Washington and Oregon, but could also include support for California, Idaho, Alaska, or other regional projects.
