About the Role

The Sr. Strategic Partner Operations Manager (US & Canada) will drive the operationalization and strategy of growth for some of the world's largest restaurant brands on the Uber Eats platform. You will help support decision making through your analytics, strategic mindset, and data driven approach. For this role you should have strong analytical skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively scope and manage multiple projects to drive demand and improve delivery operations for some of the world's largest restaurant brands.

  • Take accountability for project outcomes, ensure the team delivers on project KPIs, keep others informed of progress, work cross functionally.

  • Effectively scale processes across US & Canada, use analytical skills to project, generate, and prioritize initiatives to drive growth for the restaurant partners.

  • Communicate to senior operational leaders (externally & internally) on projects/priorities and lead effective meetings.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative field
  • Minimum 4 years full time experience in an analytical role; consulting experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and drive business critical insights
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present to leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in developing scalable tools and dashboards to help guide key business decisions
  • SQL proficiency preferred; ability and willingness to develop proficiency is a must
