  • Serve as subject matter expert and advisor to the Director, National Programs Special Management Staff, USD(I) on special access program-related assessments, policy, and oversight issues
  • Work with the leadership and support efforts to lead the performance planning process and results for assigned programs and/or mission objectives; advise, support, and ensure performance requirements, goals, measures and assigned activities are established, tracked, and reported.
  • Apply intelligence analytic techniques to lead critical reviews of program-specific assessment measures or resource alternatives for assigned activities are established, tracked, and reported.
  • Interface and collaborate with National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) mission owners, National Intel Managers, and/or IC functional oversight offices to develop, define, and monitor performance information and resource needs to satisfy priority requirements.
  • Examine, analyze, develop, and present a variety of performance results, resource adjustment recommendations, briefings, and other pertinent communications.
  • Conduct analysis in support of specific requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of intelligence research and analytic production experience in support of strategic/operational plans at the agency, Joint or service level
  • 8+ years of experience as an intelligence professional
  • 8+ years of expertise related to terrorism issues or relevant regional or functional issues
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience working with policymakers, law enforcement, warfighters in terms of intelligence, analytic requirements, and special programs
  • 5+ years of expert knowledge on the IC and DoD/USD(I)
  • 5+ years expert knowledge of performance management and program assessment in a defense agency
  • Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft, as well as leading intel analysis and production elements and thorough knowledge of intel disciplines
  • Possess superior oral and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI eligibility / clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
