Your Role

This position will focus on leading complex, multi-domain supply chain initiatives and teams within the Infrastructure group. The right candidate will demonstrate deep domain expertise in Supply Chain, be comfortable managing multiple concurrent tracks of work, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This will include identifying pain-points and deficiencies, and proposing future state solutions. The transformation manager will need to understand the nuances across businesses and develop solutions that are standardized where they can be and unique where they need to be. Collaborating with multiple functional groups within the larger infrastructure team and championing the initiatives is imperative. Once the opportunities have been identified, the Supply Chain Transformation Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functionally to prepare, and in some cases, program manage the implementation plan. 

  • Developing complex, multi-year, supply chain program strategies and plans
  • Drive organizational alignment on prioritization of strategic projects working with the stakeholders
  • Supply Chain Transformation – driving the vision/strategy all the way down to the actual project management of large, strategic projects across client’s supply chain. Demonstrated track record of implementing supply chain strategies across multiple products or industries
  • Application of supply chain principles, concepts, practices, and standards, along with an experience in industry practices. Subject matter experience in multiple domains across supply chain – such as Supply/Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Supply Chain Financials
  • Lead regular cross-functional steering committee meetings with a high degree of comfort presenting to a variety of stakeholders
  • Focus on next generation Supply Chain Operations and the ability to recognize and land improvements across many areas of client’s Infrastructure Supply Chain
  • Manage and drive execution of a complex, cross-functional transformation program including scope, timeline, and budget
  • Working with IT system developers to spec, implement, and validate new tools/systems
  • Quantify impact of strategic projects in terms of dollars saved or efficiency gained
  • Utilize excellent communication and change management skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively integrate multiple stakeholders needs, pain points and concerns, into process and systems based solutions
  • Contribute to client’s Supply Chain as a thought leader

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience or Discrete manufacturing experience in Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or procure-to-pay

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Management experience
  • Oracle EBS
  • Custom Application Development
  • PMP Certification
  • Functional knowledge of both insource and outsource supply chain models
  • Experience establishing KPIs to track and monitor performance and develop improvement plans
  • Experience preparing process workflows and associated documentation
  • Experience envisioning AI/ML based solutions to solve complex problems
