What you’ll be doing...
The Technical Lead Analyst/Solution Architect is in the Federal IT Support group within Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and will report directly to the GTS IT Director responsible for all of Public Sector.
You will lead Business Transformation initiatives for the Public Sector, and manage the modernization and re-engineering of existing Public Sector customer and center facing solutions.

You have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization. You possess both technical and customer-facing skills that will allow you to be the “face” of both the business and engineers. You will have the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges all going towards Verizon’s NorthStar objective.
