    You’ll have the opportunity to deal with people from a variety of nationalities and cultures by providing strategic analytical support to Illumina's European commercial team, working with Global Operations, Regional and Global Analytics and Regional Operations Leads.

    Your experience of analytics within the commercial environment and knowledge of software such as Salesforce, Cognos and IBM Planning Analytics will enable you to take responsibility for segmentation and strategy coverage across the region, driving analysis, provide complex reports to senior leadership to deliver support for the EMEA strategic vision for 2020 and beyond.     The role:

     

    • Perform Account Tiering analysis to recommend appropriate tier 3 threshold to support Inside Sales model
    • Support global market segment governance by performing regular regional market segment impact analysis
    • Ownership of Annual Price list update, coordination, due diligence & sales query support
    • Implementation of tracker & report result for quarterly MBO, SPIFF and sales performance
    • Execute analysis to help in the assessment of territory design and coverage strategy
    • Executes and iterates proposed territory design to derive to an optimal design
    • Execute headcount sizing analysis to determine needed headcount by role
    • Monitors and report on pipeline analysis
    • Ensure Salesforce data quality and compliance & take corrective actions with teams as appropriate
    • Close relationship with regional and global analytics team to provide UAT support to new dashboard roll out & analytics requirement feedback
