About the Role
The Analytics & Insights Manager will lead the Analytics & Insights function for the US & Canada Community Operations organization, which is responsible for providing customer support to the rider, driver, and restaurant community. Based in San Francisco, but working with teams across the US, this role will provide critical business insights to manage service operations and drive key business decisions. Leveraging operational and analytical experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this person will manage a large team and will be instrumental in driving our business forward. We're looking for a strategic critical thinker and a functional leader.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, experience managing a team, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to inform and influence business decisions.
