Job Description

 Do you want to become part of an extremely successful, innovative, rapidly growing Agile Engineering Manufacturing Team? You will have the opportunity to work with a high energy, multi-tasking team that designs and manufactures state of the art electronics directly supporting mission-critical products.   You should be a self-starter, comfortable with taking on new tasks and able to implement Supply Chain best practices.
-Work with project planners and product managers to source production materials from approved suppliers (i.e. obtain quotes, supplier selection).
-Determines supply requirements from documents or bills of materials. 
-Maintains manual and automated records for requisitioning.
-Researches and identifies parts and materials from electronic equipment and component vendors and enters information into procurement database.
-Enter purchase requisitions, track material receipts, and expedite materials.
-Provides input to management regarding problems such as shortages, design changes, backlogs, parts obsolescence, long lead materials.
-Keep precise records, document tracking and filing.
-Work independently and as part of a larger Team.
-High school plus specialized training and 3-5 years’ experience.
-Be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
-Multi-tasking, attention to detail, critical decision making.
-Experience with Government Procurement system (i.e. Deltek).
-Experienced with MRP Systems.
Clearance Requirement:
This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include but are not limited:
-U.S. Citizenship (Required)
-Favorable Criminal History Check
-Education Verification
-Abuse/Illegal Drug Use
-Credit Check
-Subject Interview
