CoStar Group is continuing to grow and is in need of an energetic, organized, operations manager to join our accounts receivable team as a Accounts Receivable Operations  Manager in our headquarter office in downtown Washington, DC!  

 

The Accounts Receivable Operations Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving the capacity accounts receivable/collections process, managing the operations work flow and analytics reporting.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Capacity planning of accounts receivable/collections process.
  • Managing operations work flow.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Review and analyze staff capacity to insure right size organization.
  • Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Analytics reporting.
  • Work with finance department on budget.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eight years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or six years and a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or related field. A minimum of three years of management experience within a business to business collections environment or similar process.
  • Working cross functional environment with Finance, Sales and Operations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data analytics. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel required.

 

Preferred:

  • Oracle systems (ideally Cloud) collections systems experience.
