Our global team will support you as you develop Jacobs’ overall business within the geography, mentoring and facilitating a team of people to build relationships, develop and execute a long-term growth strategy, identify business opportunities, develop win strategies for key pursuits, and lead delivery. 
Based in Honolulu, you’ll be supported by a well-established Federal & Environmental Solutions (F&ES) team as you provide leadership to optimize our local operating model and assess staffing needs, working with the Region and across F&ES portfolios. You’ll provide client leadership for strategic collection of interrelated accounts with responsibility to build executive relationships and help us define the appropriate account and delivery model for sustained growth. You’ll also represent Jacobs in high priority environmental business leadership organizations; help us develop our brand, reputation, and connectivity with senior client and industry leaders.

 Here’s what you’ll need: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural, engineering, construction or business-related field
  •  At least 15 years of experience in the engineering consulting, either in program management, sales, and client account management
  • Experience in environmental consulting 
  • Business operations, profit and loss management and sales acumen 
  • Understanding of program and project management delivery systems 
  • Sales knowledge on how to identify contracts well in advance, respond to RFPs/solicitations, interview and win new work

  • High-level existing contacts and strong relationships with private and federal clients in the Pacific
