Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network, security, and remote access solutions. Collaborate with the I.T. architecture and security groups to ensure alignment with business initiatives. Participate in administration and process management, including change assignment activities, operational reports, service request fulfillment, capacity management, and problem and incident management. Review, recommend, and implement LAN and WAN solutions in a global-enterprise environment.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or employment experience determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service to meet the bachelor’s degree requirement. Two years of experience must include: Cisco ASA firewalls and routers; HP switches; F5 LTM and GTM; Juniper SRX firewalls; Checkpoint firewalls; Infoblox DNS; Wireshark packet capture analyzers; TCP/IP subnetting; Internet proxy services; and Site-to-Site and client VPN.
