KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Government Contracts to join our Federal Contracts organization.


  • Administer contracts including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and regulatory reporting in coordination with Contracts organization management
  • Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and provides advice and interpretation of contract requirements
  • Draft contracts related documents for review by Contract Managers and the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
  • Advise leadership and engagement management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical contract information
  • Provide administrative oversight for a contracts portfolio with a revenue size of at least $25M per year


  • Minimum two years of contract experience; preferably from a federal/government contractor
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with multiple solicitation types, contract types, the FAR, and the DFAR, previous experience with Federal government contracts preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with others in high-volume situations with high attention to detail, and effectively interface with multiple internal functional and delivery teams with a high level of customer service
  • US Citizenship is required
