||Responsible for managing projects of large size and complexity, or multiple projects. Assists more senior managers in marketing and managing large and complex projects or group of projects. Serves as a point of contact for development and discussion of new business opportunities and, subsequently, project objectives, scope, and budget within the company and between the company and the client. Leads a team in the accomplishment of work on projects of large size and in the development of all required documentation/deliverables within budget and schedule constraints. Controls project work accomplishments vs. scope of services contracted, assesses progress vs. schedule and budget; and resolves conflicts or elevates conflicts to management level necessary for resolution. Assists senior project managers in the development and management of large and complex projects; may lead a portion of the project. Evaluates performance of project team members. Requires a BS degree from an accredited engineering school, and 10 to 14 years of progressive technical experience with at least 3 years in project management; or a MS degree in engineering, computer, or system science, and 8 to 12 years of progressive technical experience with at least 1 year in project management experience; or a PhD and 4 to 7 years of related experience. Demonstrated competence in project management, technical competence in discipline field(s), and knowledge of company policies and practices required.
||Perform Scrum Master duties to facilitate predictable execution of multiple projects and their deliverables (Scrum Teams). Provide/coordinate support to the Government Product Owners in executing their responsibilities such as providing technical, resource, interdependency, architectural, technological, and other related insight, necessary to effectively prioritize the backlogs and manage to achieve desired outcomes. Vet and work Agile team impediments to closure promptly. Lead and Conduct standard Agile ritual meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives). Maintain and ensure Backlogs and Work In Progress is up to date. Attend and Participate in Periodic Large Scale Agile Planning events.
||Experience working as a team member in an Agile project environment for a minimum of 2 years. At least 1 year as Scrum Master.
|Highly Desired Qualifications:
||Certified Scrum Master Experience working on NISSC II Products/Applications
||Experience working in scaled Agile environment frameworks such as SAFe.
|Physical Requirements: Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
|Work Environment: General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
|Equipment and Machines: General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
|Attendance: Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
|Other Essential Functions: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
Secret Clearance Required: Position requires a Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
