DescriptionManage contract technical, schedule, and cost performance and related reporting Supervise BMO, Training Council, and RA support activities
Oversee subcontractor activities and coordinate with associate contractor agreements (ACA) partners
Ensure risk, performance management, and quality controls per Quality Control (QC) Plan
Conduct formal/informal performance reviews with the CO/TO CORs
Acquire specialized expertise and surge support through selective hiring, subcontracting, cross-training/utilization, and corporate reach back
QualificationsBA/BS required; MA/MS preferred. 10+ years relevant military/DA experience.
Experience with staffing structures and management of large organizations (150+ personnel).
Experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified personnel and forming workforce teams.
Experience in managing Jacobs contract execution for cost reimbursable and fixed price contracts.
TS/SCI clearance required.
