Description
Based in Chicago, you’ll have the chance to work as part of a project team in support of a multi-million-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program while working with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business. You’ll assist with meetings, preparing minutes, preparing and distribution of reports. You’ll add value to our team by helping with documentation control, tracking of comments through the review process our multiple projects. Also, you’ll also be responsible for the coordination of information and documentation between the Construction Manager at Risk-CMR, Chicago Department of Aviation-CDA and the various Design Section Engineer-DSE’s and stakeholders.

The position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of the JV partners.
Qualifications
Here’s What You’ll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or another technical field
•At least 2 years of experience.
•Demonstrated experience assisting Project Managers
•Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
•A Master’s Degree in engineering/architecture or another technical field
