Support delivering cutting-edge water resources management projects for our federal, state, regional, and local clients. 
 
As a Junior Water Resources Engineer, in our Tampa, FL office, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of experts in the field of water resources engineering and planning. During your time with us, you'll work with multi-disciplinary teams through the planning, design, and implementation phases of projects completed for primarily municipal and state clients: 
  • Performs routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. 
  • Uses prescribed methods to perform specific and limited portions of engineering assignments. 
  • Coordinates project assignments with those of other engineers and technicians in his/her discipline group. 
  • May attend meetings and interact with clients as his or her level of experience progresses. 
  • Assists with other duties assigned by Project Engineers and/or Project Managers. Work under close supervision of other senior engineers.

Qualifications
 
  • BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with emphasis on water resources. 
  • 0-2 years of experience in Water Resources. 
  • Strong oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis & technical problem solving, organizational skills, multitasking ability and computer skills.
