As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and configuring the platform to meet the needs of the business. You have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service, training and support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, love customer service and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Some travel may be required.

In this role, you will:
  • Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting
  • Administration of ServiceNow platform, including issue and performance mitigation, health checks
  • Write clear, concise and accurate technical documentation, like requirements, system architecture design, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Participate in deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases
  • Support the development and growth of the services delivered by the organization
  • Enhance customer knowledge in ITBM with Showcasing features such as Project Workbench, Demand Workbench, Agile Storyboards, Backlogs Reporting etc.
  • Design and Define ITBM Process flows as per customer requirement aligned to ServiceNow OOB offerings
 Here’s what you’ll need:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role and with ITIL processes
  • 2+ years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist ITBM
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Agile framework and Demand Management concepts is required in addition to ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Understanding and experience in configuration management principles
  • Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business & technology model
  • Have experience with all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, quick thinking, collaborative, open-mindedness, motivational, and team building) and ability to collaborate effectively across the team and the organization
  • Ability to ensure that solutions to complex issues are quickly discovered, implemented, and documented
