Description
Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs for intelligence organizations. Must have experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction). Must have experience in development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to various training locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Qualifications
- Experience managing/performing cyber support to CI and/or HUMINT operations as a Staff Officer/leader with a minimum of at least one year in a deployment or JOA in a CJ2X, J2X, HOC, CIOC, OSE, JTF J2X, and/or S2X/OMT and or other joint CI and/or HUMINT staff/leadership positions.- At least eight years combined active Federal Government (military or civilian) experience within a service specific HUMINT or CI career path and CI and/or HUMINT course development including scenario creation, student instruction, and course content creation. - Minimum of a Top-secret clearance required with access to SCI.
