Description
We are actively seeking Senior Technical Trainer to Responsible for developing training materials for informal training and review and evaluate existing training materials for a Mission customer. The selected candidate will apply industry best practices in adult learning principles and theories. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
Uses web-based or distance learning teaching technologies, to include on-line forums and multimedia presentations
Conduct content review based on student evaluations and provide recommendations for training material revisions
Perform task and skill analysis of training requirements to develop learning objectives within training materials
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Eight (8) years of experience providing support in such areas as course development, training and testing material development, and instruction delivery
Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for four (4) years of work experience
Associate’s degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
Demonstrated experience with: VMware VCenter, Moodle, Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate
