• Experienced Healthcare claims Business Analyst with agile experience.
• Liaise closely with Product Owner to understand the product vision and contribute to strategic roadmaps and business plan development.
• Perform business/system analysis of existing processes and work with SMEs to capture business processes and requirements.
• Analyze and understand business requirements to derive themes, epics and user stories in order to build the product backlog and formulate the user experience.
• Establish the viable product feature that achieves the stated goals and set high level priorities for development.
• Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are incorporated.
• Ensure that the backlog is prioritized and suitably refined with acceptance criteria ahead of each iteration and take the lead during iteration planning.
• Help to identify solutions that are in accordance with technology strategy and which seeks to utilize existing/ shared components.
