Salesforce Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager– Miami, FL

 

Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Salesforce Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager in Miami, FL to oversee all functional work streams on Salesforce CRM implementation projects. S/he will perform the following duties: serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution; manage onshore and offshore functional teams; provide subject matter expertise for functional solution decision-making; oversee performance metrics of project staff; conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements; advise clients on industry standards and leading practices; analyze Salesforce implementation methodology and apply it on all engagements; architect Salesforce solution to ensure work stream cohesion and to mitigate cross functional impacts; manage client and stakeholder relations to achieve project objectives; ensure the client takes advantage of Salesforce best practices; support business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, oral support, and SOW creation and drive innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or in a closely related field

 plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Business & Integration Arch Associate Manager, Application Development Specialist, or in a  related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in developing Information Technology solutions for industry verticals; 6 years of Salesforce Software end-to-end implementation including leading and managing teams, client interaction, project management and status reporting; 6 years of experience in configuration and custom development on Sales cloud, Service cloud, Community cloud, Apex and Visualforce development; 4 years of experience overseeing a technology team working with Software Requirements Development, Software Testing, Software Technical Design, and Configuration; 3 years of integrating cross-functional areas with Salesforce; and 3 years of overseeing multi-country projects with onshore/offshore engagement.
