On our recently awarded program, you’ll get the chance to leverage your existing project management skills to establish a cybersecurity project management office, determining the best approaches for managing everything related to the team’s cybersecurity assessments. You’ll get to lead establishment and improvement of all relevant processes for identification, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of these assessment services. You work will ensure the team can provide the best possible cybersecurity vulnerability assessments of large-scale DOD systems both now and far into the future.
In this role you will:
Establish, document, and implement standard approaches to plan and manage cybersecurity vulnerability assessments of large-scale DOD systems
Determine ideal plans, processes, and standard operating procedures for the cybersecurity project management office (and provide regular refinement / improvements)
Plan and execute strategies for communicating the project management office functions, outputs, and updates to the relevant stakeholders
Leverage your interpersonal skills to foster relationship development with our customers to gain additional insights, information, and documentation to improve our ability to accomplish our project management mission
15+ years of project management, systems engineering, and/or cybersecurity experience with a HS diploma
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Project Management or related field + 11 years of project management, systems engineering, and/or cybersecurity experience
Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Project Management or related field + 9 years of project management, systems engineering, and/or cybersecurity experience
Demonstrated project management expertise
Strong leadership skills and experience
ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY clearance
Project Management Certification (PMP, etc.)
Cybersecurity certification (Sec+, CISSP, CEH, etc.)
Experience with / knowledge of large-scale DOD Systems
Experience with cybersecurity operations
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
