We're seeking a Outreach and Training Coordinator for the following:


  • Establish and implement a strategic plan for outreach and training program in coordination with Program Manager and a client point of contact.
  • Coordinate all outreach communication materials and public facing communications with the client point of contact leader before implementing.
  • Manage the training and capacitation plan for trainees in coordination with Program Manager and client point of contact and other team leaders. 
  • Lead the creation of all training materials and audiovisual communications in means of providing any technical assistance with processes and guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics of locations, scheduling and audiovisual equipment required to conduct outreach efforts and trainings.
  • Coordinate initial Program Presentations open to all potential trainees to explain program requirements and set-forth the next steps in program implementation. 
  • Prepare and provide all didactic materials in relation to technical trainings.
  • Prepare periodic reports relative to ongoing, completed and planned tasks.




Here's What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Public Relations or similar studies.
  • At least five (5) years of experience working in the public relations field, including experience in outreach strategies and training coordination.
  • Be fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English communication skills. 



Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 


  • Puerto Rico Public Relations License. 
  • Experience working with Puerto Rico municipalities and/or government agencies a plus.
