Candidate must have industry or management consulting experience in the healthcare industry. The candidate will be expected to apply that knowledge to business process engineering/re-engineering and functional leadership of core work streams that support the mission.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree Required, Advanced Degree a plus.
  • 5 years of consulting experience
  • Experience with Federal Health Research and Regulatory agency
  • Knowledge of and experience with federal user fee collection programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management
  • Federal business development
Eligibility Requirements: 
  • US Citizenship only, No Dual Citizenship
