As a CoStar Revenue Services Trainer you will be responsible for training the revenue services staff on day-to-day processes in order to provide world class service that improves efficiency and engagement to our valued clients each day.


  • Help to develop, coordinate schedules, and maintain all training courses and programs
  • Collects, compiles, and reports results of evaluation, attendance, and training data
  • Helps to prepare and document procedures for employees and management who are appointed for training
  • Develops and implements a continuing education process and system platform 
  • Aligns training and development with organizational strategy and role competencies
  • Works with department managers to determine training needs as to type, extent, scope, schedules and procedures
  • Facilitates training classes and teaches training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors i.e. “train the trainer”
  • Maintains the highest professional standards and promotes our ethics of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort



  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior preferred
  • For internal applicants, a minimum of one year with the company
