Position Summary
Reporting directly to a SeniorProject Manager, Program Manager, Principal or Regional Manager, this position will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments
- Manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives
- Manages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects
- Identifies opportunities to grow, diversify and differentiate Jacobs’ product offerings
- Takes ownership for project success: delivery of target quality, cost management and customer satisfaction
- Proactively uses Jacobs tools and methodologies to drive productivity and growth
- Models Jacobs safety excellence; proactive in identification of and closure of gaps; measures safety performance
- Effectively communicates (verbal and written) expertise to peers and customers, and facilitates communications across multi-party activities; helps others develop these skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- The ability to collaborate and work with others, particularly in multi-office execution work, will be a key skill.

Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline or Architecture required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management of complex building design and construction projects is required
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design, building design, contract administration, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Excellent computer skills with standard Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation
