As a key member of our San Diego office, you’ll get to grow your skills and join our collaborative team providing our clients with planning, design, and construction management project execution members delivering state of the art structures. You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership, management, and support for a large team of designers, establishing and monitoring project standards.


In the role of on-site Owner’s Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. Here is what you’ll need: 

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture 
  • Registered Architect in the State of California 
  • DBIA Certification 
  • Experience with OSHPD 1, OSHPD 2, OSHPD 3, and OSHPD 4 projects 
  • 10+ years direct experience in planning, design, and construction of large, highly technical, multi-discipline projects, involving a large number of end users/stakeholders 
  • 10+ years experience on-site during construction of large, highly technical, multi-discipline projects
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills 


Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • LEED accreditation
  • Experience with full campus CUP projects
  • Experience with clinical lab projects
  • Experience with educational / institutional / commercial building projects
