As a key member of our leadership team in our Southern California area, you’ll be responsible for the project delivery process and ensuring that we optimize the Gross Margin to Jacobs through flawless project execution and delivery.  You’ll be responsible for the for the success and delivery of projects and as-sold GM within a specific line of business/sector of a PU. You’ll play an integral role in forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing and identifying new work, including strategy development,., proposing, negotiating contracts, planning, design, and construction management project execution.  You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems, ensuring the soaring success of our Buildings & Infrastructure Americas construction projects.  Come be a part of a vibrant, dynamic team that delivers world class projects for well-known clients around the world.

Here is what you’ll need: 

  • BS in Engineering or BA Architecture, or related
  • Experience with OSHPD 1, OSHPD 2, OSHPD 3, OSHPD 4, and OSHPD 5 projects required
  • 20+ years of experience with Design & Construction and Facilities Management
  • 20+ years direct experience in planning/programming, design, agency review facilitation, and construction of large, highly technical, multi-discipline projects, involving a large number of end users/stakeholders required
  • Proven and dynamic leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated business and personnel management abilities
  • Previous experience providing consulting services to similar clients
  • Ability to direct junior and senior personnel and effectively manage and supervise a staff
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet business requirements


Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • Proven C-Suite leadership skills
  • Prior experience using Lean Project Management Methodologies
