Position Summary:

 

Provides generalist HR support for our local management teams and employees and helping contribute to the achievement of strategic and tactical goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with management teams, providing strategic HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with management and employees to gain and offer HR insight on business and operational challenges.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and future direction in order to ensure business decisions take into account the people implications and minimize company exposure.
  • Counsel management on progressive discipline ensuring consistency and adherence to policies.
  • Provide coaching and feedback on how to improve individual and organizational performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Leadership & Professional Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience and competence in HR functional areas (i.e.: employee relations, compensation philosophies, performance management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, applicable employment laws, and training).
  • Experience supporting both headquarter and field offices is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
