Job Summary
The Beautiful & Iconic Arizona Biltmore Resort is looking for a (Full – Time / AM) General Maintenance Engineer - Quick Caller. Come be a part of this amazing team, and work for one of Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Luxury Properties.
 
Looking for someone with open availability to work 8 hour shifts that start & end time may vary based of business needs. Primary shifts will be AM / First Shift, Sunday – Thursday and generally have Friday - Saturdays off. Ability to work Second and Third shifts is required to fill in when needed. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. (Schedule is subject to change based on business needs).   
  • First Shift (7:30am - 4pm)
  • Second Shift (3:30pm - 12am)
  • Third Shift (11:30pm - 8am)

What will I be doing?
As a 1st Class General Maintenance Engineer, you would be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's power plant to supply heat, air-conditioning, steam, water and related mechanical services in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility's power plant to supply heat, air-conditioning, steam, water and related mechanical services
  • Supervise refrigeration, air-conditioning, appliance and engine-room team members
  • Implement preventive maintenance program, make repairs, conduct inventory and maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Monitor, maintain and test Life Safety Systems in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
