As an Entry Level Transit Engineer on our team in Washington, DC, you’ll have the opportunity to support the transit related tasks so we can shape lasting solutions for the future. We’ll ask you to draw from your past internship experience to provide review of various shop drawings and prepare preconstruction cost estimates and primarily schedules for light rail/transit projects. As a team member supporting various large-scale transportation projects, you’ll also perform civil design calculations, sketches, technical comparisons and other technical work. Additional responsibilities will include project management, contract administration, field inspections and proposal writing.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
At least one previous summer design internship on transportation is preferred.
EIT certificate is preferred
One previous summer internship experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation is preferred
