SAIC is seeking a Telecom Business Analyst with proven business analysis skills, including developing business requirements, product proposals and business and technical workflows. This candidate must have project management, problem solving and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines; possess superior ability in Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and PowerPoint; and experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Ideally, this candidate must have experience identifying process pain points and the ability to implement operations improvements is highly desired. Experience working on various operational process across the telecom ecosystem is preferred and must have a history of delivering complex projects requirements on time and error-free. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users; Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills; and strong ability to capture meeting minutes effectively, and assist in developing presentations/materials. Support location will be in Washington DC metro area. This position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19.
