SAIC is looking for a Sr. Principal Intel Analyst that provides intelligence support for operational-level planning and management, and strategic direction for science and technology programs. Includes analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, cyber/counter cyber, country, geographic area, organizations, and targeted vulnerability. Monitor and analyzes strategic, technical, and operational aspects of developments for the countries in the AOIs. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of technology within each country.  Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support senior leadership as well.  Considered to be a recognized authority in this area of expertise.  Intelligence analysis may include; IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT.  Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.  Support development and analysis of intelligence products. Presents analysis or products to customers.  May support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.

Collaborate within the team to develop and implement research strategies and methodologies. Coordinate with internal and external partner organizations. Identify key tools and accesses required, and integrate technical research capabilities

Occasional domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/ SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of sixteen years in Intel Analyst experience in IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT
  • Experience performing full system development life cycle and international experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in global strategy, operations, and deployments
  • Experience in process assessment, management, and improvement
  • Extensive experience with Internet, cyber, counter-cyber security and integration
