SAIC is seeking an individual for a Modeling and Simulation Engineering role to join the National Security & Space Sector (NSS). NSS provides specialized program management, engineering, analysis and operations support to a variety of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. You would support the cutting-edge programs in national security-related systems based in space, in the air and on the ground.
The Modeling and Simulation Engineer plans and executes modeling and simulation systems development projects. Possesses and applies knowledge about simulation methods for analysis of complex systems. Designs and develops simulation systems and modeling of simulation objects. Duties may include performing analysis applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and modeling techniques to the life-cycle development of systems; performing analysis and trade-off studies related to operational issues; reviewing plans for system integration, operation, and maintenance and assisting in the development of training for operational personnel.
