Oversee and manage the operational aspects of multiple projects for ODNI’s Mission Integration (MI) directorate, coordinating with multiple stakeholders within ODNI as well as the broader Intelligence Community (IC). Serve as a focal point for the organization’s Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE) process, consolidating input from a variety of stakeholders in order to develop budgets and schedules, monitor funding and execution, and provide recommendations to MI leadership.
The qualified candidate will be comfortable working independently, and interacting with senior leadership and highly technical staff from across the IC, DoD, and Industry. In addition to participating in the IPPBE process, the candidate will define and establish program plan requirements, monitor performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met, and provide status reports to government leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10 years of work experience related to the technical requirement (see position description in SOW Section 4.0) against which the individual is slated to perform
3+ years of experience working in the IC (may be concurrent to the requisite 10 years of work experience)
5+ years of experience developing, creating, and articulating strategies and plans to support organizational goals.
5+ years of experience working with multiple USG organizations creating and implementing strategic policies and plans.
Demonstrated expertise implementing strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on enabling community-level sharing and development of IC-wide, cross-occupational expertise.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous deadlines in short periods of time and proficiency in working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE) process
Desirable: Knowledge of IC financial databases such as IRIS and PARIS
