SAIC is seeking a Junior Web Developer for the Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP), supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic at Norfolk, VA, to develop, deliver, test, and field various software in support of CMP located in Norfolk, VA.
REMOTE WORK option available during Covid Pandemic.
The candidate will assist with application development, and information assurance best practices to test, field, certify/accredit and support software. The developer under minimal direction, provides specialized expertise within multiple systems and software disciplines, and has a general knowledge of related disciplines, applications implications, and customer areas. Performs in-depth analyses and provides technical support for systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support. Assists in the planning and conversion for new software products. Maintains currency, debugs, and configures related software products. Works from specifications to develop or modify applications. Assists with design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs. Interfaces with other system support groups to resolve problems, set standards, and improve overall efficiency of the system. Designs, codes, tests, and implements tools for operations automation. .
BS degree and 0+ years of expereince (4 years of expereince accepted in lieu of degree)
PHP programming experience
C#.NET programming experience
Sybase SQL (experience writing queries)
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
