Join SAIC and the Intelligence Community by providing support to NCSC and assisting with overseeing the U.S. Government's Cl enabling programs and capabilities to support sensitive Cl activities. You’ll also plan, de-conflict, and coordinate CI activities conducted by the U.S. Government in direct response to Presidential Directives, National Strategies, and National needs.
Duties also consist of:
Conducting an annual assessment of the effectiveness of the Offensive Cl Operations (OFCO) program;
Supporting the development, oversight, and continuous refinement of technical and cyber Cl programs across the U.S. Government;
Assisting with activities related to security of financial management processes and systems; and
Supporting the development and management of the U.S. Government's centralized knowledge base of foreign intelligence threat actors.
Required Experience & Education:
A degree in Computer Science, Economics, History, International Affairs,
Intelligence, International Relations, International Business, Linguistics
(focus/concentration in Russian, Korean, Hebrew, Chinese, Arabic, etc.), National Security, Terrorism Studies, Political Science or Psychology. Level of degree and required experience combinations are the following:
Doctorate (PhD) and six (6) years of experience; or
Masters degree and eight (8) years of experience; or
Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of experience; or
Associates degree and 12 years of experience; or
High School/GED and 14 years of experience; or
No Degree and 18 year of experience.
Demonstrated relevant experience/expertise supporting U.S. Federal Government in Central Asia, Korea, or Middle East analysis, and experience with Data Analytics, Operations Research, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Security, Cyber security, Engineering, English, Forensic Accounting, Telecommunications, or Physics.
Ability to recognize all relevant information and produce objective assessments, free of any bias and pertinent to client needs.
Extensive skills in both written and oral communications (specifically, with all-source analysis analytic production).
Demonstrated experience with lntel policy support and external outreach.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
