Job Description

The Marketing and Thought Leadership Intern will support both the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and the Marketing Team. In this role the intern will learn how to use enterprise-grade tools to perform a range of activities including: manage social media engagement, turn thought leadership into digital whiteboards, digitally manage contact information, conduct hackathons, use MSFT Power Apps to generate dashboards; and update corporate websites. No prior experience with the tools is required. The intern will receive training on, and supervision of, the use of these tools. This is a full time role for a period of 8 weeks.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use Hootsuite to upload social media content, and schedule posts in LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Use MSFT Office tools to migrate contact information from LinkedIn to Pipedrive
  • Use MSFT Teams to help- the Deputy CTO organize and conduct a hackathon to develop design guidelines for dashboards
  • Use MSFT Power Platforms to enhance dashboards
  • Use Doodly to generate digital whiteboard visuals
  • Perform SharePoint site maintenance
 
REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma, accepted to College
  • Competent with Microsoft and Google applications
  • U.S. citizenship
