SAIC is seeking a qualified Team Lead candidate who has experience leading high performance teams in science and research, IT services, and operations and maintenance. Support location will be in Silver Spring, MD.
Team Lead position is responsible for:
- Oversight of all contract activities and ensure overall technical, cost, and schedule performance of the contract or task order ensuring customer satisfaction through complete status reporting, dialog and planning.
- Manage relationships with the client.
- Oversee risk management across the task order and resolve any performance issues.
- Assume ultimate responsibility and contract authority in communications with the Customer.
- Implement productivity and process improvements.
- Identify/manage both technical and non-technical project dependencies.
- Develop best practices; create new or improve existing process and tools for project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five (5) years relevant experience managing highly complex system integrations of multiple vendor hardware/software environment.
- Federal contracting experience.
- Ability to pass Government background investigation.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
