JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic support to a new department-level office that facilitates the implementation of strategic capabilities to alleviate technical challenges facing the customer.  This office also leads strategic research and development to provide mission advantage through emerging and disruptive technologies.  The candidate will directly support a technology management team with capturing and documenting gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for its technology portfolio.  The candidate will help manage team engagements, activity coordination, and daily operational activities such as arranging team meetings, managing the stakeholder list, managing the team schedule, and tracking deliverables.  In addition, s/he will be responsible for developing and managing status reports, highlights, and content for team communications vehicles.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field OR (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of degree) and 14+ years of experience
  • Must have experience supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
  • Must have experience using knowledge management applications such as Confluence, SharePoint, Bright Ideas, Hive, or similar.
  • Must have coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
  • Must have capability to use MS Office applications and other tools to track customer initiatives and actions.
