The dedicated Program Manager (PM) serves as the contractor team’s contract administration and performance manager for work located in the Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, VA area. The PM is the contractor’s authorized interface with the Sponsor Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) for contract, cost and schedule performance. The PM shall plan, direct and schedule the timely and successful completion of the effort described in the SOW, which includes programmatic responsibility over the contract and supervisory responsibility over the contractor team. The PM is responsible for managing a team of 40+ security professionals across multiple domains (PSO, ISSO, Cyber, Industrial, COMSEC, etc). The team is dispersed across multiple customer organizations, requiring a candidate that can develop strong relationships with multiple customers.  The candidate is responsible for contract reporting requirements, to include programmatic and technical deliverables.  This is an exciting opportunity supporting an important customer set.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • 11 years of program management experience with roles that could include team lead, DPM or PM and Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in analysis, quantitative work or direct support to customer mission activities for any IC program
  • Experience managing teams of 30+ security professionals
  • Experience planning, directing and scheduling completion of security-related tasks
  • Experience working with customers on task completion
  • Experience completing monthly reporting requirements to customers

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Basic understanding of security documents to include the NISPOM, ICDs 503, 702, 705, and SEADs
  • Experience managing security projects and/or supervising security personnel
